Horror Opening Sequence

Here is a horrific film opening made by a group from another school. We discussed and watched it in class and I decided to upload it on my blog as I thought it was a great example of something we'd like to achieve by the end of this course. From the effects to the use of music, this opening sequence gave me chills and was most certainly creepy. It also made me think about whether we should start with our soundtrack or filming first. I personally think we should begin by finding the audio, as we can build and be inspired by the sounds we hear on the soundtrack.
